Report a claim: callback from an independent vehicle expert
Your accident report
Briefly tell us what happened — we forward you to the expert office responsible for your accident location, which calls you back by phone.
How it works
- Send the form or call. Briefly describe what happened, in writing or directly by phone — both paths carry equal weight.
- Callback from the responsible office. We usually call back within a few hours, at the latest the next working day, and arrange an appointment.
- Appointment on site or at one of our inspection centres. Depending on whether your vehicle is still drivable, we come to you or you come to us.
What this gets you
- Independent assessment: the expert works only for you, not for the insurer.
- Free choice of expert: you decide who assesses your vehicle, not the other driver's insurer.
- In a no-fault accident, the at-fault insurer covers the cost of the report.
- No customer account, no login: you fill in the form once.
